Report of Karmaveer Kakasaheb Wagh Memorial Cup Kabaddi Competition Karmaveer 2019-20

Kakasaheb Wagh Memorial Cup Kabaddi competition was held on Wednesday 18/12/2019 at KK Wagh Educational Complex Kakasaheb Nagar (Ranwad) through KK Wagh Educational Institution Nashik as well as Smile and Spinach. At this time, the President of KK Wagh Education Society, Hon. Mr. Balasaheb Wagh and Trustee Sameer Dada Wagh visited and guided.

The tournament was inaugurated by International Players and Shivchhatrapati Award winners Hon. Anuradha Dongaonkar. The event was presided over by Hon'ble Ajinkya Dada Wagh, Founder of Smile. For this event, Hon. Mr. Ramnath Pangavhane, Coordinator Dr. VM Shevalikar, Deputy Panch of Ranwad village Hon Kavita Wagh, Shri Ramakant Jadhav, Hon. Shri Raghunathdada Kolhe, Principal of the College.V. S. Shirsath, as well as Sarpanch of Ranwad village, Gramsevak, Society Chairman. The Chairman and local dignitaries and villagers were present.

While guiding the players, Anuradha Dongaonkar expressed her belief that the Karmaveer Cup will be of international standard. In the boys section, KK Wagh Chandori team came first, Azad Gymkhana Niphad team came second and Rodrashambhu Ojhar team came third. In the girls section, Azad Gymkhana Niphad team came first, Rodra Shambhu Ojhar team came second and KK Wagh Chandori team came third. 13111 / - for first place and Rs. 9111 / - for second place and Rs. 7111 / - for third place and trophy.
