About Department:

Computer Science Department was established in the year 2005 and started with course B.Sc. Computer and M.Sc. Computer Science from academic year 2012 of Pune University Presently the department is heading by Prof.B.B.Chaudhari.

Department has an excellent infrastructure with two well-equipped computer laboratories interconnected with LAN and Leased line of 200 Mbps speed for Internet access. Each laboratory provided sufficient electricity backup and other resources like printers, scanners, LCD projectors, internet connection etc. Class rooms with interactive smart boards are available in college for smart teaching.

Department provides many opportunities to students for development of overall personality by participating in the various cultural and co-curricular activities held throughout the year. Department organizes various expert lectures and seminars of eminent personalities from Software Industries in the field of Computer science and Technology. Department also arrange the extension activities in various capacities for the benefit of student and staff. The teachers associated with the department are well experienced, qualified and contributing immensely to the growth of department.
