TITLE OF THE INVENTION
“Antioxidant activity of biogenic Cu/Fe/Ag trimetallic nanoparticles”
Since the last few decades, the field of nanotechnology has been on the rise
as it has the ability to establish a valuable, healthy, and safe living environment by
using greener approach. One of such approaches involves green synthesis of
trimetallic nanoparticles (TNPs). These TNPs have proved to have better catalytic and
antimicrobial activity than mono or bimetallic nanoparticles owing to their synergistic
effects. Current study reported synthesis of trimetallic Cu/Ag/Fe NPs by utilizing leaf
extracts of Catharanthus roseus which is a greener approach, which is eco-friendly,
safe and reliable. Synthesized TNPs were characterized using UV-vis and FTIR.
Further antioxidant activity of the synthesized TNPs was evaluated and it showed
excellent antioxidant activity.
