The programme was started with the welcome and introduction by Dr. R.K.Datir, Principal. The guest introduction made by Prof. Pravin P. Aher, Vice-Principal & Head of Commerce Department. Dr. Arun Gaikwad, Principal of Sangamner College was present as the chief guide and inaugural speaker on the occasion. Dr.Arun H. Gaikwad in his speech has expressed his thoughts on how commerce students should develop their personality. He also said that students should exercise regularly so that they do not get much sickness. He also said that terms related to Commerce is very special significance in daily life. He guided the students on how to develop their own personality and how to develop skills. Moreover, today's young generation is the architects of tomorrow's India, so their own personality should be given priority to development. He guided all the students on their career path in Commerce. He also spoke on how to build your future through commerce. He also guide students about various career opportunities are available in commerce field e.g. CA, CS, CMA, CFA, PO, Clerk, Investment Banking, Insurance Officer etc.

He concludes with students’ needs and how Commerce filed is helpful for student’s future. The Hosting of program made by Prof. Tushar D. Bagul. The program was ended by vote of thanks given by Smt. Jayashree Khairnar, Commerce Department. Prof. Dr. Savita Sawant and Prof. Dr. H.T.Waghmare were present for the program.
