“Campus to Corporate Training”

Campus to Corporate training has been conducted during the period 07/01/2019 to 28/02/2019  (75 hrs) at K.K.Wagh Arts, Commerce, Science and Computer Science College, Chandori under the Training & Placement department of college. Campus to Corporate training program as a part of the Academic Interface Program (AIP) initiated from TCS BPS that aims at bridging the industry academia divide, bringing the better employability to the student community. The purpose of this training was to prepare students for the corporate life and enhancing employability skills in TCS.

In this training a total of 25 students actively participated, among the participants 17 were girls and 8 were boys from commerce and arts faculties.

The meeting between Ms. Falak, HR, TCS and K.K.Wagh Sr. colleges faculties, principals along with TPO Prof. P.K. Shahabadkar, KKWIEER, Nashik was held on Dec.4,2018 at KKWIEER, Nashik and it is decided to conduct the training for final year students of respective colleges. The faculty members who trained by TCS under the module of “Train the Trainers” will teach students in their colleges.

In our college, following faculty members were involved and have contributed their efforts for the conduction of this training program successfully.  

After the end of this training program, ceremony of certificate distribution to participants, held on Wed, 27/03/2019  at 11.0 am to 2.0 pm. at K.K.Wagh Sr. College, Nashik. Principals of K.K.Wagh Sr. colleges  Dr. A.P Rajput, Dr. B.G.Wagh, Dr. P.K.Shahabadkar,TPO, Prof. A.H. Bendale, Faculty Trainers  and student participants were present.

For addressing and distribution of training certificates to our students, guests Ms. Falak Jahan, HR Head, Nashik division of TCS and TCS team members Mr. Simon Andrew and Ms. Niddhi Kishore were invited.

Certificate distribution ceremony started with Prof. Komal Shinde, who welcome guests and presented brief report on the proceedings of the Campus to Corporate Training program. This was followed by the Feedback Session, where the students and staff expressed their views about the Training. Mr. Simon Andrew and Ms. Falak Jahan and Kishore Ms. Niddhi  Kishore from TCS, addressed to all participants and advised the students to make the best use of the opportunities available in the present days and appreciated the efforts of coordinators and trainers for the successful conduct of the this Campus to Campus Program.

In the last, student participants were given certificates for completing training successful by hands of guests. Vote of thanks given by Prof. Pawan Malani.
